FINE LIVING TV NETWORK’S ‘TIME MAKEOVER’ TO HELP REAL PEOPLE TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES

Show is Second Original Series Created and Produced By Distillery Pictures for Fine Living

RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 12, 2007) – Let’s face it; we could all stand to have more time in the day. But short of adding hours to the clock, the next best thing is to get valuable time management help from the experts. That’s exactly what the Fine Living network brings to its viewers in a new prime time series, Time Makeover, to premiere Nov. 15.

The show is the second original series that Distillery Pictures has created and produced for Fine Living. The first is It’s Easy Being Green, a show that visits with celebrities, entrepreneurs, and everyday people to reveal interesting, innovative ways to lead a more eco-friendly life. The 1-hour pilot premiered in April on Earth Day weekend, and the series is currently in production to air in 2008.

"Distillery Pictures is a boutique production house able to work on parallel with anyone in the country. It's been a collaborative partnership from beginning-of-concept brainstorming to finished product," said Kent Takano, vice president of Programming for Fine Living Network. The network will run a full season (13 episodes) of Time Makeover.

Time Makeover is a reality show for people who don’t have enough time to do the things they enjoy. Each 30-minute episode follows the hectic lives of a real family as they work with a time management consultant to put a plan in to action.

In one episode, a time management expert helps David and Kelly Damare find ways to make time. David juggles dual careers as an airline pilot and a mortgage broker, while Kelly manages the household and runs a home-based business teaching Spanish to preschoolers. With three kids of their own under the age of seven and all of the many tasks that come with life, they have no time left to spend with each other.

Enter a professional time management consultant. Time Makeover enlists the expert to help Kelly and David take control of their time with the goal of reconnecting for work-out dates and other activities they once enjoyed together.

The time consultant examines the daily life in the Damare household and offers tips on how to streamline their work and household duties to create more hours in the day. From setting boundaries for David’s business to establishing a subscription service for eliminating junk mail to outsourcing laundry to the kids, the Damares will have 12 days to make their new system a habit before the time management expert returns.

“We’re really excited about Time Makeover,” said Brenna Eckerson, the series producer from Distillery Pictures. “It’s definitely made an impact on families’ lives. Plus, it’s interesting to collaborate with these time management experts. I’ve even learned some helpful tips myself.”

The first episode of Time Makeover airs on Nov. 15 at 9 p.m. EST on Fine Living. More show times can be found at http://www.fineliving.com/fine/on_tv/. To view a clip, go to www.distillerypictures.com/timemakeover.html.
